2009/2010 - New Kirklees PCT Headquarters at Bradley Park, Huddersfield

Main Contractor – William Birch & Sons Ltd, York

Services provided by M & R – full electrical distribution including lighting and power, fire alarms, intruder alarms, access control, data installation, car park and service road lighting.

2009 - Mains infrastructure renewal Phase 8 and generator installation – York District Hospital

Main Contractor – M & R Electrical Services

Services provided by M & R – replacement of all distribution boards in the Maternity and Children’s wards together with new distribution system including installation of temporary supply services to facilitate the change over of out-dated equipment.   This is the third phase of infrastructure remedial work at York Hospital carried out by M & R Electrical Services.

2008 - Refurbishment of Shibden Park, Halifax for Calderdale Council / English Heritage

Main Contractor – William Birch & Sons Ltd, York

Services provided by M & R include all electrical services to new Interpretation Centre including distribution, lighting, power fire/intruder alarms and CCTV.

All electrical services to new boat house, children’s play ground toilet block, museum toilet block, rangers barn and gardeners tunnel

2008 - New Sports Hall, Gym and Dance Studio and offices to Trinity & All Saints College, extension to  Horsforth School and extension to Swarcliffe Primary School, Leeds

Main Contractor – various

Services provided by M & R were full electrical distribution, fire and intruder alarms and car park/roadway lighting, specialist lighting systems and data.

2007 - Refurbishment of Whitby Youth Hostel for the YHA and English Heritage

Main Contractor – William Birch & Sons Ltd, York

M & R Electrical installed the complete electrical distribution system to this Grade II listed building including fire alarms / intruder, CCTV and access control

2007 - Refurbishment of Keswick Youth Hostel – client Youth Hostel Association

Main Contractor – Thomas Armstrong

M & R Electrical were responsible for the complete electrical refurbishment of the hostel including LV distribution, power, lighting, fire and security alarms and CCTV

2006 - New Car Park & public footpath lighting access control & CCTV to Cusworth Hall, Doncaster for Doncaster MDC / English Heritage

Main Contractor – Laing O’Rourke

New factory extension to Kautex Textron & Birkby's

Main Contractor – M & R Electrical Services

Installation of new LV distribution to new factory extension for Kautex Textron UK Ltd to facilitate the installation of fuel tank blow moulding machines for the automotive industry

M & R carried out the complete installation including new LV distribution for power, lighting and fire alarms together with distribution and energisation of all prime manufacturing equipment
