M & R Electrical Services was started as a partnership in 1994 by the two current Directors Mr Mark Jackson and Mr Richard Hickman. The company has since become a privately owned limited business since 2015.
M & R Electrical Services is an electrical contracting company specialising in commercial, industrial and domestic electrical contract work throughout Huddersfield, Halifax, Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield and Doncaster.
The M & R team currently consists of technicians, electricians and registered apprentices who are all direct employees of the company. This provides the business with the flexibility it needs to manage its contracts from the smallest domestic modification to large scale new build / refurbishment programmes.
The business prides itself on its strong focus on training and delivery of high quality cost effective installations to its clients.
All contracts come under the personal supervision of one of the Directors providing that personal touch to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Electric Vehicle Charging Points
EV-Charging point installation from M and R Electrical throughout Yorkshire, for homes, businesses and public service areas. We install all types of Electric Vehicle charging points, to suit all electric cars and vans including Type 1 and Type 2 charge points.
Our Accreditations
M & R Electrical Services is accredited by the Electrical Contractors Association (ECA) for all its electrical installation work to BS7671 and BS5839 Part 1. It is also an accredited ELECSA Part P Approved Contractor for all domestic installations and modifications. All installation works are tested and certificates are issued on completion.

Risk assessments and method statements are prepared for all contracts with a goal of ensuring all working practices are carried out as safely as possible to achieve zero accidents and incidents.
M & R Electrical are registered approved contractors with ECA, ELECSA, Constructionline, and are CHAS Compliant.
